Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Heat butter in a skillet. add onions and garlic, cook until onions turn golden.
  3. Add cauliflower and continue to cook 1 minute more.
  4. Remove to bowl.
  5. Add eggs, parmesan cheese and bacon.
  6. Spoon into a buttered baking dish.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until brown.
