Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain beans, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
  2. Rinse and drain beans.
  3. Mix beans, reserved liquid, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, oregano and red pepper in blender or food processor; cover.
  4. Process until beans are coarsely chopped.
  5. Transfer mixture to small saucepan.
  6. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve with baked or low fat tortilla chips or cut-up fresh vegetables.
