Ingredients:

  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
  • 5 tbsp whipped cream (optional)
  • 10 cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to low, and cook 15 minutes.
  2. Ladle cider into small cups. Garnish each serving with 1 1/2 teaspoons whipped cream and 1 cinnamon stick, if desired.
