Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place oil in frying pan and heat.
  2. Add peppers, onions, chilies and tomatoes.
  3. Saute until onions are tender.
  4. Remove from burner. In a large bowl mix softened cream cheese, half and half, grated Monterey Jack cheese, frozen broccoli, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix well until there are small lumps of cream cheese.
  6. Add sauted vegetables.
  7. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400F degrees about 20 minutes.
  8. You may sprinkle paprika on top for richer color.
  9. Dish will firm upon standing.
