Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. soy flour
  • 1/3 cup. bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup. egg nog, lite
  • 1/4 cup. milk , skim
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended
  2. Cook over med/high heat
  3. (They stick so be sure to use butter or cooking spray to coat pan!)
