  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add the nuts and cook,stirring frequently, until lightly browned.
  3. Drain.
  4. Toss with the spices.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
