Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place peppers, adobo and buttermilk/crema in container for blender.
  2. Blend until peppers are chopped up and everything is mixed well.
  3. Add mustard, garlic and juice.
  4. Blend for around 30 seconds, or until mixture is smooth.
  5. There will be some small chunks of pepper and garlic, that's ok, it gives texture.
  6. Add mayo, blend briefly, about 20 seconds so mayo doesn't break.
  7. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
  8. Use for dips, sandwiches, whatever.
