Southern Potatoes With Flair

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large iron skillet or whatever skillet you have.
  2. Place washed and sliced potatoes in skillet to fry.
  3. Add seasonings to taste.
  4. Add chopped onion and bell pepper (dont add green onion yet.)
  5. Stir and Cook to desired doneness.
  6. Add package of bacon bits; stir.
  7. Turn off heat.
  8. Add cheddar cheese to top of this and add lid to melt cheese.
  9. After cheese is melted add chopped green onion for added color and flavor.
