Sour Cream Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and cube.
  2. Pour dressing over warm potatoes; chill for two hours.
  3. Add onions and chopped egg whites to potatoes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish or mustard and finely chopped egg yolks.
  5. Fold into potato mixture and chill for two hours.
