Sour  Cream Peach Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablesspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Cut the butter and shortening into flour. and corstarch mix.
  2. Add salt sour cream and flavoring
  3. Pat into pan
  4. Arrange peaches over bottom of crust.
  5. Beat egg yolks and flavoring into sugar.
  6. Add flour into sour cream and add to sugar mixture.
  7. Pour mixture over peaches.
  8. Cover with foil
  9. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  10. Uncover bake 15 minutes more. bake unt tests done.
