Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
  3. Chill.
