Ingredients:

  • 1 package caramels
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup. chocolate chips
  • 1 cup. chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mis according to instructions on cake box.
  2. Pour half of the batter in a 9x13-inch pan
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Melt caramels with oleo and milk.
  5. Pour over the baked cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  7. Dot remaining cake batter on top.
  8. Bake 20 minutes longer at 250 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  9. Remove from oven and cool. Needs no icing
