Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a glass bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, and lemon zest.
  2. Add onions, cucumbers, chives, parsley, and smoked salmon to the bowl and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately with cream cheese and bagels. This can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours maximum.
  4. I like this dish for brunch with a crisp pomegranate mimosa :).
