Smoked Salmon Fillet Pasta in a Red Pesto Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of smoked salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tsp red pesto

Directions:

  1. Finley chop the garlic and fry gently on a low heat. Put the Pasta to cook in salted boiling water with a little Olive oil. Wrap the Salmon in Foil with a little milk and Cook in the oven 180c for 10 mins.
  2. Whilst the pasta and fish cook, add the stock to the garlic and boil rapidly for 5 mins. Turn down the heat and add the cream stirring it in. Add the red pesto and simmer for 5 mins. When the Salmon is done open the foil and pour the now smoky milk into the sauce.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve in bowls with the Salmon sat on top.
  4. Oh the peas, cook the peas and add to the pasta and sauce.
