Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine 3/4 cup water,brown sugar,and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile,combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Spread batter on the bottom of a lightly buttered slow cooker.
  4. Pour boiling mixture over batter.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  6. Turn off and let stand for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
