Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mild salsa
  • 2 tbsp chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup beef stock

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Just warm tortillas, spoon on cantatas, and top with avocado, cheese, and onion.
