Slow-Cooker Apple Butter

Ingredients:

  • 3 (16 oz) cans applesauce
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on High for 8 to 10 hours or on Low for 16-20 hours. Remove cover during final hours of cooking to cook to desired thickness.
