Single Serving Brownie Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  2. Stir in milk
  3. Pour into prepared baking pan
  4. Mix together brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  5. Stir in boiling water
  6. Slowly pour brown sugar mixture over batter
  7. Bake for about 10/15 mins at 350
  8. Cool
  9. Serve warm
