Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. In small pan on low, melt a bit of butter, then pour in batter.
  3. Flip when edges curl up and crepe is easily movable on pan, then cook for a few more minutes.
