Simply Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Butter the pan you're going to use.
  3. Pick up some of the mixture with your hands. (Note: You can do this more easily if you put flour on your hands, but that's your own call).
  4. Roll the mixture into a ball and place it on the pan.
  5. Flatten the mixture with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle sugar (or cinnamon, if you prefer) atop the cookie.
  7. Repeat steps 3 thru 6 until you have no mixture left.
  8. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Take out when they are a golden brown color.
