Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in non-stick skillet on med-hi heat.
  2. Add shrimp; saute 1 minute.
  3. Add zucchini, saute 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato, seasoning, salt and red pepper; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer to plate; sprinkle with parmesan.
