  2. ADD JERK SEASONING A LITTLE AT A TIME AND PULSE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED.
  3. DO NOT PUREE !!!! SHOULD BE VERY CHUNKY
  4. SERVE WITH TACO CHIPS OR CHILLED SLICED CUCUMBERS
  5. NOTE; ....... JERK SEASONINGS VARY GREATLY, ADD CAREFULLY........
