Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Unwrap mints and melt them on the graham cracker (simply place on cooking grate and pluck off when mints have melted..you can use an old frying pan too)
  2. Roast the marshmallow.
  3. Once the chocolate has melted, remove graham cracker fromt and top with roasted marshmallow and mint cookie.
  4. Make as many as you like!!
