  1. In a glass pie dish add the cream cheese to the bottom layer.
  2. Then add the can of chili to the 2nd layer.
  3. The last layer add the cheese.
  4. Warm in the oven or Microwave until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
