Simple Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Note I always add just a touch of almond extract in place of some of the vanilla.
  2. Use only silken do not use cotton.
  3. Put in blender.
  4. Blend until creamy.
  5. Pour into serving dishes or pie and serve or chill.
