Simple Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes, but do not peel.
  2. Slice lengthwise into wedges and put into large bowl of cold water.
  3. Drain water from bowl.
  4. Pour olive oil over wedges and stir well to coat.
  5. Sprinkle Mrs Dash seasoning over potatoes to taste and stir well to blend.
  6. Line large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  7. Spread potato wedges in single layer on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour or until wedges are tender.
  9. Serve hot.
