Simple Baked Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of mushrooom soup
  • 1 cup medium grain rice
  • 1 heaping cup of frozen seassoning blend(onions,celery,peppers)
  • salt and pepper to taste or i use tony chachere's

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray casserole dish with Pam
  3. Mix all ingredients
  4. Pour into casserole dish
  5. Bake covered for 1 hour
  6. Remove tin foil last 5-10 min. to brown the top
