Simple and Easy  Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (9 inch) shallow pie crusts

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs first, then add pumpkin.
  2. In a separate smaller bowl, mix sugar, salt spice.
  3. Pour and mix the contents of small bowl into the large bowl all together.
  4. Then slowly add evaporated milk to the large bowl.
  5. Pour into 2 shallow shells or one deep dish shell.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Then reduce to 350 degrees and cook for 50 minutes.
  8. Cool on rack for 2 hours, then serve or refrigerate.
