Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat wok add in olive oil.
  2. Saute garlic in olive oil till fragrant.
  3. Add in onions, cook till soft.
  4. Dump in the green onions, 1 minute.
  5. Add in the minced red bell pepper.
  6. Pour in the oyster sauce, keep stirring.
  7. Add in the prawns and keep mixing to blend well.
  8. Let prawns ooze out its own oil.
  9. Add in chili last minute of cooking.
  10. Serve with piping hot rice.
