Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften.
  2. Stir over hot water until dissolved.
  3. Beat gelatin into cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in next five ingredients and parsley.
  5. Pour into 3 cup ring mold.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from mold onto platter.
  8. Surround with crackers.
