Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion, green bell pepper, and celery in hot olive oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in Basic Tomato Sauce, water, and Creole seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over hot cooked rice.
  2. Note: Nutritional analysis includes 1 cup cooked rice.
