Shrimp and Asparagus Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
  2. Cook fettucine in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, until just al dente.
  3. Drain and keep warm.
  4. Steam asparagus to crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  5. Heat shrimp in boiling water, about 1 minute, then drain.
  6. In a large preheated bowl, toss fettucine, asparagus, and shrimp together.
  7. Drizzle dressing over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
  8. Grind pepper over and toss mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
