Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut beef and pork into small pieces, place in a slow cooker (crock pot).
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for tomato paste and let it simmer on med- high heat for approx 6-8 hrs depending on your slow cooker and how small you cut up your meat.
  3. (it should shred easily with a fork).
  4. Add tomato paste let simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Serve on Hamburger or Hoagie buns.
