Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small pot and melt. Add enough sherry and ketchup to make a pale red sauce
  2. Add sauce and BBQ salmon in tin foil pouch for approx 15-20 minutes
