Shelli's Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cream margerine and peanut butter, adding sugars and eggs.
  3. Alternately add dry ingredients and bananas to creamed mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into well-greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
