  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 round cake pan with cooking spray. In small bowl,mix butter and honey mustard.
  2. Seperate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in pan. Brushh with butter mixture;sprinkle with seeds.
  3. Bake 13 to 18 mins or til golden brown.
