Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp sage
  • 2 tbsp ketchup or 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix all together thoroughly and brown in skillet, being careful not to over cook (cooks faster than ground beef); drain off any excess fat.
