Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok of large skillet over high. Add asparagus and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cook trough.
  3. Stir the scallions, ginger, and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cashews and serve immediately.
