raspberries, strawberry, blueberries, pomegranate juice (or other fruit juice if desired), stevia powder (sweetleaf is a good brand), almond milk, skim milk, raspberry protein powder (1 scoop, i used spiru-tein but you can probably substitute another brand if desired), flax seed (optional)

flour, barley flour, oat flour, stevia, salt, nutmeg, cream cheese, shortening, light brown sugar, buttermilk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, dark brown sugar , packed, butter, pure maple syrup, cornstarch, icing sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice

strawberries, non fat greek yogurt, stevia in the raw optional

soymilk or 2 cups nut milk, drained silken tofu, canola oil, vegetable glycerine or 1/4 cup barley malt, lecithin granules, salt, vanilla extract, dried wild mint or 1 tsp other mint, finely crumbled, orange extract, cranberry extract (couldnt find this), liquid stevia, wild cranberries (tame ones can be found at the grocery store)

fat-free evaporated milk, liquid stevia, whole milk, vanilla extract, eggs, well beaten
