  1. Microwave potatoes 2 min per potatoes then cube to brown in olive oil with onion and garlic
  2. Mix eggs w/yogurt start scrambling
  3. Add pototoes,onions and garlic to eggs w/romano cheese cook till done and sprinkle with parsley
