Savory Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
  2. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased barbecue grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork: 10 - 14 minutes.
  4. Note: Fish may also be baked in 450 oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
