Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Lightly spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
  3. Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil on both sides and press into mini muffin tins, creating a cup.
  4. Bake until golden brown (approximately 7 minutes).
  5. Remove wrappers from muffin tins and place on baking sheet.
  6. Blot cooked sausage with paper towels to remove excess grease.
  7. Fill each won ton cup with a small amount of sausage.
  8. Put a dab of ranch dressing on top of the sausage.
  9. Add 2 olive slices.
  10. Add a dab of salsa.
  11. Top with cheese and bake until melted.
