Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs bulk sausage
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage (if italian sausage is used instead breakfast sausage, omit the sage)
  • 3/4 cup pancake mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  3. Roll in 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes until nicely browned.
