Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Fry the sausage and onion together.
  3. Drain.
  4. Pam or grease a cookie sheet.
  5. Shape your dough into a rectangle and brush with half of the beaten egg.
  6. Place the sausage and onion on top to within about an inch of the sides.
  7. Add the mushrooms and top with the cheese of your choice.
  8. Roll the dough into a loaf, tucking the ends.
  9. Brush the top with the remainder of egg.
  10. Bake 30 minutes.
  11. Cool before cutting (If you can wait that long).
