Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or food processor, use wet hands to form into balls and bake in a non stick pan for 20 minutes, shake the pan during cooking so the balls turn over. When they are cooked they will be golden brown and crunchy outside and inside should not be pink.
  2. Serve with a salad, bread and a little sweet chilli sauce or chutney for dipping.
