Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred cheddar cheese into bowl
  2. Add cream cheese and 1/3 c. salsa; mix well.
  3. Chop bell pepper and olives.
  4. Slice onions and 2 tablespoons cilantro into cheese mixture.
  5. Spread into bowl,smooth top.
  6. Spoon remaing salsa over cheese spread.
  7. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
  8. Serve with chips or vegetables.Enjoy!!!!
