Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (i use parmesan mixed with tomato basil)
  • 1 tsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Scramble together all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour into a saucepan and cook over low-med heat until done.
