Salmon With Ginger and Orange

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Skin the salmon.
  2. Place in a large bowl and season.
  3. Cut the ginger into fine julienne sticks and put into the bowl with the salmon.
  4. Add the orange zest.
  5. Mix the orange juice with the ginger syrup and pour over the salmon.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
  7. Heat the grill to its highest setting.
  8. Grill the salmon on one side until crisp.
  9. Turn over and baste with the orange and ginger mixture.
  10. Grill on the other side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve with steamed vegetables and salad.
