Directions:

  1. Drain salmon and flake it.
  2. Combine salmon, oats, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, oil, parsley, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well and shape into patties.
  4. Heat oil in skillet and fry, flipping over once, so each side becomes golden brown.
