Sage Thyme Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1 tbsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Coat 1 side of chicken breast with 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 sage/thyme mixture. Coat 2nd side same.
  2. Cook in cast iron skillet until brown on both sides, then place skillet in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
